The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, maintenance of forest infrastructure and nursery and seed production, to be performed in the Koło Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - "PZP") and implementing acts to the PZP.
