23219 - TMA TME SAPHIR V2

>The Information Systems Division of the Service industriel de l'aéronautique (SIAé) operates and maintains in good working condition the SAPHIR v2 Information System (IS), based on the SAP ECC6.

The SIAé currently uses an external service provider to provide third-party operational maintenance (TME) and third-party application maintenance (TMA) for Saphir v2. This contract also covers, according to a systemic logic, other ISs of the AIS, related to Saphir V2.

This contract is therefore part of the renewal of this TME TMA contract with the objective of ensuring the continuity of operations, without operational disruption and without deterioration in the quality of service.
