With the opening of its New Hospital in June 2024, the GHdC wishes to equip its future rooms with new equipment, modern, practical and ergonomic, but also in harmony with its image, and thus create a new identity, both on the site of the New Hospital and on the site of Notre-Dame.
The purpose of this contract is therefore to:
- The supply, installation and commissioning of beds and bedroom furniture (tables, chairs, stools, bedside tables, etc.) for the Viviers Site (Gilly) by 2024, as well as for the Notre-Dame Site (Charleroi);
- The staggered supply of the same furniture during the term of the framework agreement, always including their installation and commissioning (investments and replacements spread over 4 years)
- This contract also concerns the maintenance of beds (lots 1, 2 and 3) and the supply of spare parts for all lots (except lot 9: Stools).
The purpose of this contract is to designate a single economic operator per lot with which a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the contracting authority may place orders in accordance with the procedure laid down in the contractual clauses and unit prices fixed in the tender.
This framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum period of 4 years. Call-ups will be established based on GHoC needs.
Standard electric beds- The supply, installation and commissioning of beds and bedroom furniture (tables, chairs, stools, bedside tables, etc.) for the Viviers Site (Gilly) by 2024, as well as for the Notre-Dame Site (Charleroi);
- The staggered supply of the same furniture during the term of the framework agreement, always including their installation and commissioning (investments and replacements spread over 4 years)
- This contract also concerns the maintenance of beds (lots 1, 2 and 3) and the supply of spare parts for all lots (except lot 9: Stools).
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds- The supply, installation and commissioning of beds and bedroom furniture (tables, chairs, stools, bedside tables, etc.) for the Viviers Site (Gilly) by 2024, as well as for the Notre-Dame Site (Charleroi);
- The staggered supply of the same furniture during the term of the framework agreement, always including their installation and commissioning (investments and replacements spread over 4 years)
- This contract also concerns the maintenance of beds (lots 1, 2 and 3) and the supply of spare parts for all lots (except lot 9: Stools).
Care beds for mental health units- The supply, installation and commissioning of beds and bedroom furniture (tables, chairs, stools, bedside tables, etc.) for the Viviers Site (Gilly) by 2024, as well as for the Notre-Dame Site (Charleroi);
- The staggered supply of the same furniture during the term of the framework agreement, always including their installation and commissioning (investments and replacements spread over 4 years)
