The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of municipal roads in Pomiechowo and Stanisławowo in the scope of construction of a bicycle path and a pedestrian and bicycle path as part of the project "Development of sustainable multimodal mobility in the municipality of Pomiechówek and the functional area of Warsaw". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is presented in the Bill of Quantities and design documentation, which constitute Annex No. 6 to SWZ 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
