1. The subject of the contract is a cleaning service ensuring constant cleanliness and order to the extent described in the contract.
2. The Contractor undertakes to:
a. cleaning the premises of the Ordering Party in the buildings in Poznań at 158 Grunwaldzka Street and 14/15 Piekary Street - specified in Appendix 1,
b. cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the area around the building at Grunwaldzka 158 and the parking lot and part of the internal road at Babimojska Street – specified in Appendix 2,
c. performing cleaners' duty (current service) in the buildings at 158 Grunwaldzka Street and 14/15 Piekary Street,
d. cleaning windows and blinds in buildings at 158 Grunwaldzka Street and 14/15 Piekary Street - specified in Appendix 2,
e. removing snow from the roof and removing threats in the form of icicles, in the building at 158 Grunwaldzka Street.
3. The detailed scope of the cleaning service is defined in particular by the provisions of §2, §3 of the contract.
4. The Contracting Authority requires that the cleaning service in the scope of basic cleaning (excluding duty and cleaning of the area around the building at 158 Grunwaldzka Street in Poznań), jointly for both locations - i.e. for buildings in Poznań at Piekary 14/15 and at 158 Grunwaldzka Street, be performed by at least 9 employees during one shift on a given working day.
5. The Contractor and the subcontractor, in connection with the performance of the contract, shall be obliged to employ on the basis of an employment contract employees providing the cleaning service from Monday to Friday (basic cleaning and cleaners' duty). The obligation to employ on the basis of an employment contract does not apply to persons performing works related to cleaning the area around the building at 158 Grunwaldzka Street in Poznań and the car park at Babimojska Street. The requirement does not apply to the employment of up to two disabled people.
6. The Ordering Party requires the execution of the contract using mechanical equipment purchased not earlier than in 2022 and trolleys purchased not earlier than in 2022.
