Supply, transport and assembly/dismantling of modules of prefabricated elements for the implementation of a prefabricated modular building of between 250 m2 and 270 m2 on the Sant Joan Despí campus, on a rent-to-own basis

Modular construction can be made up of several prefabricated elements and will have to meet the following parameters:

- Total area between 250 and 270 square meters.

- Minimum interior clearance height: 2.50 meters

- Total external clear width: between 11 and 14 metres

- Total exterior free length: between 19 and 23 meters

In all cases, the weight and other characteristics of the components must allow them to be transported and placed without the use of extraordinary means and by ordinary road traffic routes.

The supplier shall provide the documentation to justify the quality of the components of the product offered.

Modules will meet the CTE for the required use.
