1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania and from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz) and their transport and transfer to the installation for management, in the recovery process R. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.
2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 6 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 3000 Mg, including:
a) Part I: approx. 2300 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (hereinafter: ZZO Trzebania).
b) Part II: approx. 700 Mg from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz).
ZZO TrzebaniaThe subject of the contract is successive acceptance from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania
1. bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 and their transport and transfer to the installation for management, in the recovery process R. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.
2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 6 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 3000 Mg, including:
a) Part I: approx. 2300 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (hereinafter: ZZO Trzebania).
3. The Contracting Authority informs that the above amount of waste is an estimated quantity, showing the possible size of the scope of the contract subject matter and may change depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, with the Contracting Authority providing a minimum total amount of waste:
a) in part I: approx. 500 Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani,
Accordingly, the collection and management of waste less than the estimated above, i.e.:
a) in part I: approx. 2300Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani., but not less than approx. 500 Mg,
does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.
4. Waste constituting the subject of the contract comes from selective collection of bulky waste from property owners, collected through direct collection in the so-called roadside collections and through Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK).
5. Method of waste collection:
a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to carry out the service of collection and management of bulky waste on an ongoing basis on working days from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 21:00 (ZZO Trzebania)
with frequency: min. 1 courses per day
At the same time, the Contracting Authority stipulates that the above-mentioned daily amount of waste collection should be adapted to the current needs of the Contracting entity in this respect, which means that the Contractor, at the request of the Contracting Entity, will provide an appropriate, smaller or larger number of courses on a given day / week than indicated above, in order to guarantee the current collection of waste. The required response time of the Contractor to the Ordering Party's notification may not exceed 24 hours from the moment the Contractor receives the notification by e-mail, counting working days.
b) For technical, technological and logistic reasons, the Ordering Party reserves the right to collect and transport any amount of waste by the Contractor, and thus does not provide transport batches.
c) Waste should be transported by the Contractor using vehicles such as: tractor unit with a semi-trailer of the tipper type or walking floor with a permissible load capacity of min. 24 000kg and/or hooklift trucks for transporting containers with a capacity of approx. 30m3.
d) Loading waste into the Contractor's cars using a loader shall be the responsibility of the Contracting Entity.

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.
