Description:

The HCA is seeking to appoint a framework of Economic Professional Services providers to be able to provide Economic Appraisal, Evaluation, and Economic Research and Financial Modelling services.

Members will be required to provide services either as an individual practice or as a consortium.

For the avoidance of doubt, the categories listed in the MOI document (Scope of Services) do not represent separate lots.



Individual assignments to be via mini-competitions. We envisage between 40-60 assignments over the 4 year period.
