Project planning with work phases 6 to 8 for the new service center project, VZ II and work phase 8 for the study labs project
The present call concerns the planning services of property planning (LP 6 - 8) for the project “New Service Center, VZ II” and the services of object monitoring (LP 8) for the “New Study Lab” project.
service center
Infrastructure Management GmbH is planning to set up a service center south of the Coesfeld cross or on the northern edge of the university hospital campus. The aim is to create a high point with a maximum height of 60 meters on the axis of the Domag road coming from the south. In the future, the structure is to develop over three floors in a second phase of construction towards the east. The service center creates approximately 7,500 m2 of NUF in the tower building for around 450 office workplaces for the UKM, which are now housed in rented premises. Ground floor uses include approximately 1,500 m2 of NUF for public and semi-public use areas as well as retail space for local supply.
EF II
Supply Center II is located in the basement of the service center, which is intended to create a central technical area (approx. 1,000 m2) for implementing an innovative and sustainable energy supply for UKM and increasing the security of supply to the entire Unikli-nik.
Study laboratory
The service center is being built in connection with the newly built study laboratory adjacent to the west, which, as a two-storey building, will primarily accommodate laboratories, lecture rooms/lecture rooms and student facilities. The usable areas of the Stu-Dien laboratory are divided as follows:
- approx. 2,000 m2 NUF for laboratory areas
- approx. 500 m2 NUF for student council areas
- approx. 500 m2 NUF for Students Union
- approx. 350 m2 NUF for seminar areas
In the future, both buildings are intended to provide a high-quality urban situation and representative access to the East Research Campus of the University Hospital.
