2022-1003309_Munich Airport_Procurement of passenger buses with electric drive, associated charging technology and management systems (LMS/BHMS)

AEROground Flughafen München GmbH intends to purchase low-floor and articulated buses with electric drives as well as associated charging technology and management systems

as framework agreements with a total of up to 75 passenger buses (incl. extension option)

The client is aware that there have been sharp price increases and supply bottlenecks for individual products and materials. Following an initial significant increase in material prices, an easing can currently be observed. In order to deal with volatile prices in the procurement of materials and also supply bottlenecks properly in the present procurement procedure, bidders can use the initial offer via a negotiated offer to name the items in the specifications for which, in their opinion, flexibility is required due to the current situation is necessary and submit their proposals for such flexibility, e.g. a price adjustment clause.

Details on the course of the procurement procedure and the content of services can be found in the informative procurement documents (see point I.3 of the contract notice).
