Electronic tendering procedure

In this procurement, the contracting entities use electronic bidding through the Visma TendSign procurement system. Tenderers who wish to participate must submit electronic tenders via the Visma TendSign system. Tenderers receive through Visma TendSign: • Additional information. • Verification that all questions asked in the inquiry dossier are answered at the time of submission • A clear information on not all compulsory requirements (must-requirements) are met. Access to the system requires a login. Usernames and passwords are obtained by simple registration at www.tendsign.com. Suppliers are free to use the system and to submit tenders.
