This mission consists of self-sustainment in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles for Egov Select. To this end, the bidder should propose one person for Profile 1 and two persons for Profile 2.
— Profile 1: a senior IT recruiter with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and with the skills described under heading 8 to be deployed for all the tasks described under heading 7 of the special specifications;
— profile 2: a junior computer recruiter (minimum 1 year of relevant experience) and possessing the other skills described under heading 8 and who will be deployed for a limited number of tasks from the hard list section 7 of the special specifications.
The proposed working method is designed to manage Egov Select's peak periods and corresponding workload effectively. The number of days proposed for these profiles may vary depending on the circumstances. This means, as an example, that the bidder must be able to cope with peak moments by deploying an additional junior or senior profile for two man/day per week or by deploying two additional junior and/or senior profiles for five man/day per week... Everything is therefore determined by the context within Egov Select itself and in consultation with the senior official.
Profiles are available within 15 calendar days after ordering.
For this mission, Egov Select is exclusively looking for people specializing in IT recruitment.
Given the duration of the framework agreement and the anticipated need to date, Egov Select estimates the value of the contract at EUR 345,000, excluding VAT. In any event, the maximum value of the contracts to be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement is EUR 476 000, excluding VAT. Once this amount is reached, the framework agreement will no longer have any effect.
