The Danish Motor Authority offers a four-year framework agreement on the production and delivery of license plates and related services to motor vehicles in Denmark. The framework agreement is awarded to one supplier.
The framework agreement contains an option that allows Greenland's Police to produce and deliver license plates to Greenland.
In the contract notice, the Motor Authority will hereinafter be referred to as the "contracting authority".
One of the client's tasks is to ensure that all motor vehicles in Denmark are registered correctly. To fulfill this task, the contracting entity offers a framework agreement on the production and delivery of license plates and related services.
The future supplier will produce license plates for the contractor's own four (4) motor expeditions, which are currently located in Høje-Taastrup, Odense, Aarhus and Aalborg, the approx. 2,500 vision halls and to the car dealers authorized by the contracting authority to make registrations and re-registrations of motor vehicles in Denmark, as well as to private citizens.
The daily handling and assignment of registration numbers to the license plates takes place via the contractor's own IT system - Digital Motor Register (hereinafter referred to as "DMR"). DMR is accessed via the Internet and is used by the vision halls, car dealers and private citizens for ordering license plate sets, license plates, registration and re-registration of vehicles. In connection with this framework agreement, DMR will be used in collaboration with the future supplier to manage orders and ship number plates.
