The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Trawniki in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of others methods and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, equipment and systematic replenishment in bags of inhabited property, equipment with containers of inhabited property and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from the point of selective waste collection in Dorohuczy.

1.The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of separately collected municipal waste from residential properties located in the Trawniki Commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, equipping and systematically replenishing inhabited properties with bags, equipping with containers of inhabited real estate and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Dorohucza, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, No. XXIV/396/16 of 2 December 2016 on the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Voivodships and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Trawniki.

2.Zamówienie obejmuj:

2.1. “Reception and development of municipal waste directly from property owners residing from the area of Trawniki Municipality”, consisting of:

1) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the Trawniki commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, No. XXIV/396/16 of 2 December 2016 on the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Trawniki Commune,

2) delivery of bags for separate collection in the colors specified in the regulations (on the principle of "bag for bag") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

3) delivery of containers for collecting mixed waste and ash in single-family buildings in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Trawniki Commune,

4) delivery of containers for collecting municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) in the municipality,

5) collection of waste that will be exhibited by residents in front of the property in the so-called "exhibition" action system,

2.2."Loading, collection and management of a mass of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points", consisting in:

1) Loading, collection, transport and management of a mass of municipal waste collected selectively from residents of the Trawniki commune collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Dorohucza.If the contractor has containers, it is possible to set up containers, during the term of the contract, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and collect waste directly from residents to containers. The costs of setting up the containers are covered by the Contractor.
