The development of the master plan and zoning should enable us to respond to the problems through the implementation of technical and alternative actions but also regulatory actions based on the following objectives:
— to homogenize patrimonial knowledge and hydraulic functioning;
— regulate land use and determine compensatory solutions within the community and those of the developer;
— develop a quantified investment programme corresponding to the adjustments to be made to ensure a certain level of protection;
— choose and direct development projects towards alternative, integrated and so-called “soft” stormwater management solutions whenever possible, both quantitatively and qualitatively;
— draw up a document that can be enforceable against third parties of type storm water zoning, the essential elements of which will be included in the regulation of the Local Intercommunal Urban Plan (PLUI).
