1. The subject of the contract is the execution of protective activities consisting in mowing, ringing and removal in Natura 2000 areas: Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 and Ostoja Piska PLH280048, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The implementation of the tasks results from the applicable plans of protection tasks for the above-mentioned Natura 2000 sites.

3. The order is carried out as part of the implementation of the project POIS.02.04.00-00-0108/16 "Protection of habitats and species of non-forest areas dependent on water" co-financed by the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and environmental education under Priority Axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change.

4. Working documents and final documents created during the performance of the contract must be marked with the logos of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, General Directorate for Environmental Protection, Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection

Task No. 1 - Implementation of protective activities consisting in mowing, ringing and removal of trees and shrubs in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 site, covers habitats with a total area of approx. 44.05 ha:

1) 7110 Peatlands with peat-forming vegetation (live) with an area of all patches of approx. 8.25 ha;

(2) 7140 Transitional bogs and bogs with an area of approximately 13.47 ha in all patches;

(3) 7230 Mountain and lowland alkaline bogs of the character of muds, sedges and mosses with an area of approx. 22.33 ha;

Task No. 2 - Implementation of protective activities consisting in mowing, ringing and removal of trees and shrubs in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Piska PLH280048 site, covers habitats with a total area of approx. 7.93 ha:

1) 6410 Moist moist meadows (Molinion) 3.87 ha

2) 7110 Peatlands with peat-forming vegetation (live) with an area of all patches of approx. 2.27 ha;

3) 7140 Transitional bogs and bogs with an area of approximately 1.22 ha in all patches;

4) 7230 Mountain and lowland alkaline peat bogs of the character of muds, sedges and mosses with an area of approx. 0.57 ha;
