Furthermore, the intention of the Framework Agreement is to obtain project managers/consultants with broad experience and solid competence in project implementation in change processes. The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality's need for operative project assistance until the municipality merger in the new year, as well as for a transition phase in the new municipality. The intention of the Framework Agreement is to obtain project managers/consultants with broad experience and solid competence in project implementation in change processes. Assistance can consist of both major and minor assignments, where the consultant will mainly give project support to our internal project management. The assignments will be of varying complexity and scope. There will be short deadlines.
