The contract concerns the services of waste collection, sweeping and ancillary services described in detail in the Special Tender Specifications.

a. Separate collection of municipal solid waste produced by domestic and non-domestic users, ie from private homes and civil settlements in general, public and commercial establishments, weekly markets, festivals and parties, cultural events in general, craft shops, industrial plants (excluding processing residues), banks, public and private offices, schools, and in general from any building or room to any use used except special waste products from non-domestic users, through the "door to door" collection method. The categories of waste, covered by this collection system, are: - Residual dry fraction; - Organic fraction; - Paper and cardboard;- Plastic/metal packaging; - Glass packaging;

b. Transport to destination of waste collected at the selection plants identified by the Municipality of Limido Comasco with transfer charges borne by the Municipality itself;

c. Collection and transport to disposal/recovery plants of hazardous municipal waste (toner, lead batteries, cathode ray tubes, neon lamps, batteries, medicines, mineral oils, vegetable oils, paints, etc.) with transfer charges borne by the municipality;

d. Collection of bulky waste and durable goods by reservation;

and. Collection and transport to disposal/recovery facilities of waste of any kind or origin,

lying on roads and public areas or on roads and private areas subject to public use;

f. Collection of waste produced at fairs, markets and events;

g. Urban waste collection from cemetery areas;

h. Emptying of wastepaper baskets/dog manure and replacement of the bag, the supply of which is charged

of the Contractor;

i. Cleaning by washing areas affected by markets, fairs and events during and/or at the end

of the same;

j. Watering, periodic pressure washing of streets, sidewalks and public areas;

k. On-call service;

l. Cleaning of any road container stations with the removal or safety of waste

abandoned not directly removable by the operator, who must report their presence to the specifications

teams equipped for removal;

m. Sweepingpy walkways,picnic areas,access areas,underpasses,cycle paths and parksparks

Municipal;

n. Weed control along curbs and roadsides with manual grubbing;

or. Realization of annual communication and information campaigns to all users, and students,

relating to separate collection systems, the prevention and reduction of waste production, domestic composting and anything else that may be useful for reducing waste production and its recovery for recycling (CAM, chap. 4.2.15);

p. Drafting of the service charter;

q. Supply and implementation of a computerized Management System.

r. Management of the Separate Waste Collection Centre
