Description:
Provision of support for the organization and facilitation of the development of the Nuclear Safety Authority's strategic approach

The purpose of this contract is:

— a provision of strategic and methodological advice on how to integrate input data into the strategic approach, on how to organize reflection sessions at the level of ASN governance, collective reflection sessions of its services, and to articulate the phases of governance reflection with the phases of involvement from the ASN services, up to the drafting of a synthesis document

— an accompaniment to the strategic thinking of governance and the deployment of the approach across all services.
