Stjørdal municipality shall construct a new Centre treatment plant, SARA. The plant shall be built on an available site located in Sutterø industrial area, in close proximity to the fjord. The plant shall replace the existing plant which is situated in the centre of Halsøen. A new pumping station shall be constructed near the existing treatment plant.
