The assignment can be extended 3 times. The works are carried out partly for the account of:

The contractor must therefore always submit 2 progress statements, 2 claims and 2 invoices for approval. The object of the contract is mowing the verges and canal embankments. The basic offer must take into account:

- it is compulsory to collect the clippings within 10 days after mowing and to dispose of the clippings within 3 days after collection to the processing plant as described in III.2 and III.1.c,

- descriptions and plans, as well as other documents applicable to the assignment,

- The standard specification 250 for road construction version 4.1 as well as the documents referred to in this specification specification are generally applicable to the assignment.

- the contract is subject in particular to the specifications, its annexes and the attached statement of requirements.
