Tana Municipality has limited the contest to organisations that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into working life. This only applies when a minimum of 30 % of the employees in the organisation have a disability or are disadvantaged, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations section 16-9.
