The subject of the allocation procedure is the information brochure that appears on the winter timetable change, which is necessary for safe rail operation for the winter timetable 2022. These information brochures are produced for 7 regions and distributed to the DB Group's requesting authorities by parcel, letter post or pallet according to address distributors provided. DHL is the default service provider for parcel distribution.

The information brochures are produced in wire-o/spiral binding as well as PUR perfect binding with 1/1-color pages (front and back monochrome black with text and graphics).
