Repair 2nd northern main collector Lumumbastraße / Nordplatz Leipzig - Design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of the awarding of contracts, construction management and local construction supervision for the object planning of engineering structures

At the present time, the service phases 3 to 6 and 8 (HOAI), the local construction supervision as well as special services of the object planning of civil engineering structures are put out to tender.

With the award of the contract, the commissioning of work phases 3 and 4 for both construction phases as well as work phases 5 and 6 for construction phase 2 (Nordplatz) takes place.

Optionally, the transfer of work phases 5 and 6 is planned for construction phase 1 (Lumumbastr.) as well as construction phase by construction phase 8 and local construction supervision. A legal claim to this is expressly excluded.

Rehabilitation of combined water drainage plants

- Manual rehabilitation and mineral coating of combined sewer DN 2500/2300 to 2750/2900 MIX, approx. 414 m

- Manual rehabilitation and mineral coating of combined sewer up to 2750/2900 MIX, approx. 452 m

- Renewing/renovation/repair of associated shafts and connection lines

- Interim disposal measures

- Water preservation measures

- estimated eligible costs:

- Manual refurbishment of the 2nd nHS Lumumbastraße: 2,268 thousand € net

- Manual refurbishment of the 2nd nHS Nordplatz: 2,300 T€ net

All LWW as-built documents are made available to the contractor in digital form (pdf, dwg). The measures identified and expected to be required by the LWW in the course of the preliminary planning for the 2nd nHS will be made available digitally.
