The subject of the contract is to supervise the design and implementation of Works and to manage the Contract entitled: "Design and construction of the S17 Piaski – Hrebenne expressway" divided into three parts: Part 1: Section No. 1: Piaski node "Piaski Wschód" ("Chełm") together with the node – node "Łopiennik" ("Łopiennik") together with node" Part 2: Section No. 3: node "Krasnystaw Północ" ("Krasnystaw I") together with node - node "Izbica" ("Tarzymiechy") together with node" Part 3: Section 4: node "Izbica" ("Tarzymiechy") without node – node "Zamość Sitaniec" ("Sitaniec") together with node

The subject of the contract is to supervise the design and implementation of the Works and to manage the Contract entitled: "Design and construction of the S17 Piaski – Hrebenne expressway" divided into three parts: Part 1: Section No. 1: Piaski node "Piaski Wschód" ("Chełm") together with the node – node "Łopiennik" ("Łopiennik") together with the node" under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions for each Part of the investment task. The Service includes the performance of duties by the Consultant in accordance with the Agreement, based on the GTC and the GTC, in particular:

-supervising the design, verification of project documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,

-management, investor's supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

-conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,

-fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,

-fulfilling the obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the beneficiary of Projects for the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (OPIE),

-providing investor's supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of possible defects / defects found in warranty inspections,

as part of the concluded Contract,

-performing tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment,

-supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

-supervising design works and works in the scope of Additional Tasks necessary to perform the Project resulting during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law,

- constant monitoring, conducting and settling matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, of the Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising neighboring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Leading Consultant conducting the coordination at the interface of the Projects will be appointed by the Contracting Authority.

The Contract Engineer will be headed by the Consultant Team. He will act in accordance with the role assigned to the Engineer in the aforementioned FIDIC Contract Terms and in the SWK, within the terms of reference set out in this Conditions of Procurement Specification (SWZ) and the resulting

from the current provisions of the Construction Law, legal acts and guidelines governing the spending of EU Funds.
