The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning - maintaining cleanliness and order in the travel service building "Transfer node - ul. Sądowa in Katowice. " The work will consist in particular of: 1) current (based on the frequency set in the schedule):
a) maintaining cleanliness and order of internal surfaces of the building, such as: passageways, staircases, driver service rooms, utility and auxiliary rooms, sanitary facilities and other rooms, including doors, handrails, balustrades, walls, wall coverings and ceiling; b) keeping windows clean (from inside and outside); c) supplementing cleaning, hygiene and sanitary products; d) caring for natural plants; e) emptying the rubbish bins; 2) additional cleaning of the facility (above the frequency set in the schedule),
3) clearing snow from the roof of the building, removing ice, snow overhangs and icicles, and removing snow and ice to a place permitted by law.

The area of the facility covered by the service of ongoing cleaning and order (floors, walls with tiles, doors and windows) is 940.61 m
Note: The estimated traffic of passengers using the interchange center will be around 4,239 travelers / day during peak hours (the above data was obtained on the basis of measurements carried out in two locations, i.e. Piotr Skarga St. and Plac Andrzej St.).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 6 to this ToR, as well as a model contract with attachments constituting Annex 3 to this ToR, which specifies the areas covered by the service of maintaining cleanliness (Annex 1 to the contract template), equipment of the rooms covered by the subject service (Annex 2 to the contract template), service standards (activities, frequency) of services (Annex 3 to the contract template) and other information specifying the size and scope of the subject of the contract.
3. The contracting authority requires employment of persons under an employment contract. The contracting authority requires that persons directly involved in the performance of the contract, i.e. persons appointed to perform the contract in the field of activities related to the ongoing cleanliness and order are in the period of implementation of the contract employed under a contract of employment within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended) by the Contractor or Subcontractor. The Employer does not require employment under a contract of employment for people carrying out work related to additional cleaning of the facility and snow removal from the roof of the building, removal of ice, snow overhangs and icicles, as well as persons performing activities related to the cynodisation of services. NOTE: If the activities related to the coordination of the performance of services will be performed by a person performing the tasks of ongoing cleanliness and order, he must be employed under an employment contract. The requirement does not apply to, inter alia, natural persons conducting business activity, office members of the Contractor's management or supervisory bodies, partners of a partnership or partnership, to the extent that they will personally perform services for the Employer or the Contractor. Control method and sanctions related to non-compliance with the abovementioned requirements are described in the contract template.
The method of documenting employment under a contract of employment for persons performing the abovementioned activities, powers to control the fulfillment of the requirement of employment under a contract of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are specified in the model contract.
