1. The subject of the order is the group private civil liability insurance service for clients of Energa-Obrót SA.

2. The Awarding Entity informs about the confidential part of the ToR documentation. The contractor may gain access to confidential documentation by submitting an application (Annex 10 to the ToR) for sending it in electronic form via a message on the purchasing platform. In the application for sending the confidential part of the ToR, in electronic form, please provide data about the Applicant and the Contractor he represents.
