Global outsourcing services

The technical and functional specifications present 6 distinct modules but will be single-awarded to a single Holder per lot. Due to the challenge of technological evolution and ATB's needs during the term of the contract, some modules (see modules below) remain single-awarded but not exclusive during the term of the contract.

ATB thus reserves the right to solicit the Contract Holder on expressions of specific needs, but also other third parties during the life of the contract to readapt the module concerned to the need or target technologies.

The consultation is composed of two lots:

- lot 1 outsourcing with service desk, digital workplace, MCO datacenter, support and operation of infrastructures and networks, projects in NTE, TMI activities and infra base expertise.

- Lot 2 Cybersecurity: detection and response to security incidents, and vulnerability monitoring.

Outsourcing

- Lot 1 - Module A for Digital Workplace activitiesModule A presents two distinct activities: the Service Desk and the Digital Workplace.o Activities A.1: Service DeskThis activity concerns the Service Desk management activities (Referred to as "4500" at ATB). The activity concerns the establishment of a single entry point (Service Desk), ensuring the assistance of users and user communities (projects, structures) for the consideration and first-level processing of their requests relating to all services of the SI.o Activities A.2: Digital WorkplaceThis activity concerns activities around the user environment, troubleshooting activities of operational workstations, N2 support for users, management of collaborative tools (Visio, Microsoft365, ...), common infrastructures for user terminal management tools, ... This activity provides services such as: ï§ Remote or nearby N2 support, ï§ Park management (PC, peripherals ...) ï§ Processing of service requests,ï§ Operation of the printing solution,ï§ Operation of security means (Antivirus, patches, ...),ï§ Logistics and management of manufacturer maintenance,ï§ Maintenance in operational conditions of infrastructures associated with the digital workplace (AD, PKI, SCCM ...),ï§ Maintenance in operational conditions of applications,ï§ Management and evolution of masters and packages, ï§ Maintenance of security bases and tools, ï§ Technical and functional expertise, ï§ Production (in V-cycle or agile process),ï§ Operation (including security operation) and administration of workstations and associated infrastructures ... ï§ MDM operation, ...- Lot 1 - Data center support and operation module B (datacenter MCO)This module includes proximity support and datacenter operation activities. These activities are broken down as follows:o Intervention in the roomo Visual checks o Monitoring of third party maintenanceo Management of provisioning and spacesso Management of the equipment park o Waste managemento MOE of the management of the cabling in current and networko Management of infrastructures low current / current forto Management of electrical shutdowns....- Lot 1 - Module C of support and operation of infrastructures and networks o Ensure supervision on existing IS resources and future developmentso Operation and administration of system infrastructuresso Operation and administration of storage and backup assetso Middleware administration;o Operation and administration of network infrastructures (LAN, WIFI ...) o Operation and administration of security infrastructures (F5, Stormshield, CheckPoint, etc.) o Use of internet access for Client userso Virtualization Infrastructureso Infrastructure Support ....- Lot 1 - Project Module D in NTE (Technical Level of Expertise, equivalent AT) optional and non-exclusive: This module gives ATB the opportunity to trigger expertise (N3 profiles) according to needs. This module is subject to purchase order, optional and non-exclusive.- Lot 1 - Module E for TMI (Third Party Maintenance Infrastructure) activities / Expertise of the optional and non-exclusive INFRA baseThis module includes the activities of third party maintenance infrastructures and expertise associated with ATB's INFRA base. Cybersecurity

- Lot 2 - Module A for Security Incident Detection and Response activities - not exclusiveThis module includes IS Operational Security Management activities:o The configuration of the SIEM solution,o The operation and administration of the SIEM solution,o The management of the Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO) of the solution,o The management of security events and incidents,o Participation in cybersecurity crisis management,- Lot 2 - Module B for Vulnerability Monitoring activities - optional and non-exclusiveThis module includes monitoring and analysis activities:o Security notices on the technical scope of ATB (and its evolutions),o Vulnerability publications on the technical scope of ATB (and its evolutions),The objective of this lot n°2 is to allow ATB to deploy an Operational Security service for the analysis and processing of logs (and traces), coupled with security expertise to strengthen the global Managed Services system that provides for the day-to-day security operation.
