SPW-DGT-DTIC_2019_M016_VMware - Market for the acquisition, maintenance and support of VMware licenses, through an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA)

The purpose of this contract is to acquire, maintain, subscribe and support VMware licenses for the public service computer network of Wallonia, through an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), as well as to make available a TAM (VMware Technical Account Manager).



- item 1: acquisition and maintenance of VMware licenses for the public service of Wallonia, via an ELA contract,

- item 2: new provision of a TAM, for a period of 1 year,

- item 3: acquisition of HPP credits (VMware Hybrid Purchasing Program) in order to acquire (and maintain) additional licenses,

- item 4: acquisition of PSO credits (Professional Services Organization) for additional support / training.
