The tenderer will mainly carry out the following tasks:

- Provision of a single contact person (the “Client Manager”) to help COCOM manage its needs for the provision of temporary external resources

- Establishment, maintenance, facilitation, and development of a pool of potential suppliers (interim agencies, consultancy offices and freelancers,...) covering the different areas in which COCOM is required to order temporary staff. The MSP acts as a point of contact for these suppliers

- Provision and customization of an online platform (the “Platform”) which acts as an administrative and operational management tool, from the identification of the need to the invoicing of the time worked;

- Assistance of Cocom staff in case of ordering external resources;

- Administrative monitoring of workers made available;

- Monitoring of the proper execution and budgetary consumption of the framework contract (monthly follow-up meeting)

- Assistance of Cocom staff during their use of the platform;

- Financial intermediary between external resources and Cocom
