The contract includes cleaning services for the buildings of the Württembergische Staatstheater Stuttgart.

This includes the following cleaning themes:

Ongoing maintenance cleaning (excluding event-related cleaning), imagination-related maintenance cleaning as well as exterior cleaning and winter service for outdoor areas.

There are also options for special cleaning, building cleaning, basic cleaning, glass cleaning.

Lot 1:

1.1 Ongoing maintenance cleaning (excluding event-related cleaning) in the following properties of the client:

- opera house,

- administration building,

- scenery building,

- containers in yards,

- playhouse,

- chamber theatre,

- customer center,

- sales and subscription,

- accounting,

- showcases, in public facilities in the immediate vicinity of the opera house.

The maintenance cleaning of the spectator areas in the opera house, playhouse, chamber theater is performance related.
