The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel for the purposes of Enterprise Services Komunal Sp. z o.o. to the tanks located in Hajnówka at Łowcza 4 Street and in Ignatki no. 40/4.

a) part I – a reservoir located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street:

-diesel diesel 575.000 (five hundred seventy five thousand) liters,

-Arctic diesel 200,000 (two hundred thousand) liters.

b) part II - tank located in Ignatki No. 40/4, 17-001 Ignatki:

-diesel diesel 85.000 (eighty-five thousand) liters,

-Arctic diesel 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) liters.

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. to the tanks located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street.

1) The quality of the delivered diesel fuel must be in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied diesel fuel may not be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards and in the annexes to the Regulation.

(2) The estimated amount of diesel fuel shall be:

a) part I – tank located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street: -diesel diesel 575,000 (five hundred seventy-five thousand) liters, -Arctic diesel 200,000 (two hundred thousand) liters.

The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of fuel delivered may be reduced (no more than by 20%, in the event of a situation of lack of objective demand) and this will not constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims. A one-time supply of fuel will range from 3,000 liters to 5,000 liters. Frequency of deliveries depending on demand.

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. to tanks located in the Equipment Base PUK Sp. z o.o. Ignatkach No. 40/4, 17-001 Ignatki

1) The quality of the delivered diesel fuel must be in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). -diesel diesel 85.000 (eighty-five thousand) liters,

-Arctic diesel 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) liters.

The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of fuel delivered may be reduced (no more than by 20%, in the event of a situation of lack of objective demand) and this will not constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims. A one-time supply of fuel will be 2,000 - 2,500 liters. Frequency of deliveries depending on demand.
