This contract consists of the supply of unpeeled washed potatoes (lot 1) and 4/5th range potatoes (washed, peeled, raw or cooked) (lot 2), for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of 3 12-month renewals.

The quantities listed in Annex C are estimated quantities over a total period of 4 years.

Deliveries will be made 5 days a week at the places and times indicated in the special specifications (see chapter II.6).

We draw the attention of the tenderer to the possibility during the execution of the contract to switch more and more 'conventional' products to organic products.
