The subject of this tender is a framework contract for the supply of consumables and accessories for the multifunctional devices owned by the client, the maintenance of the existing systems, the troubleshooting, the implementation of firmware and software updates and, on request, the provision of individual devices on a purchase or rental basis.

The currently available 275 devices are exclusively multifunctional devices from the manufacturer Lexmark. The devices are currently spread over 50 locations in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt.

As a social service provider in the field of statutory health insurance, it serves around 810,000 insured persons with around 50 customer centres and/or locations in Saxony-Anhalt with around 50 customer centres and/or locations in Saxony-Anhalt, in which only multifunctional devices from the manufacturer Lexmark are used.

The subject of this tender is a framework agreement for the supply of consumables and accessories for the currently 275 multifunctional devices owned by the client, the maintenance of the existing systems, the elimination of faults and, on request, the provision of individual devices on a purchase or rental basis.

Unless the bidder is the manufacturer of the equipment in use and the purchase or rental equipment offered, it must be an authorized and certified service partner for the equipment in use, the equipment offered and the consumables.
