1. The scope of the contract includes:

1.1.implementation of nature expertise for the planning of forms of nature conservation;

1.2.Determination of the directions necessary to take action to maintain the state of natural resources as well as others necessary from the point of view of nature conservation needs for the planned special protection area of birds Natura 2000 Ostoja Mircze;

1.3.Field inventory of species positions such as:

a) flashy eagle (A089),

b) medium woodpecker (A238),

c) white-necked woodpecker (A429),

d) Black woodpecker (A236),

e) white-neck flycatcher (A321)

(f) and other species in Annex I of the Bird Directive as well as species likely to be relevant for the conservation of the area.

2.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is at the same time Annex No 1 to the contract.
