The subject of the contract is the design and construction of DW 723 from the junction under construction along DK 77 to the existing track of DW 723 in the city of Sandomierz.

The scope of the order shall include in particular:

a) Preparation of project documentation as part of:

- Functional and Utility Program along with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment and any other administrative decisions, arrangements and opinions necessary for the implementation of the investment task.

b) Execution of construction works with the necessary accompanying infrastructure

c) Author's supervision over the developed design documentation.

Not limited to the works listed below, but in accordance with all other requirements specified in the PFU, within the accepted contract amount, the following works in particular must be designed and executed:

- DW723 "Lwowska – bis" with a length of approx. 1.6 km, GP class dual carriageway road with a G2/2 cross-section with external bands. Each of the new roadways will have a basic width of 2x4.0 m (3.50 m roadway + 0.5 m hard surface shoulders) with a dividing strip of 4.0-15.0 m width, locally widened by an on/off lane of 3.50 m and shoulders with a 1.80 m wide dirt surface.

- W2 flyovers over Portowa Street (DG 372103T) and W3 over Torowa Street (DG 372140T) and railway siding,

- drainage system for the body of the voivodeship road and other roads (e.g. in the form of a rainwater sewage system, equipped with a pre-treatment system, construction of culverts and open and tight drainage ditches, infiltration ditches, construction of infiltration tanks, retention tanks with regulated outflow, retention and infiltration tanks, curbside or triangular sewage, rainwater pumping stations), as well as cleaning and unblocking of existing drainage devices and receivers for effective drainage of water from the right-of-way,

- obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, preparing an EIA report (if necessary) and other necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements and technical conditions for individual industries,

- obtaining a water law permit,

- development of geotechnical foundation conditions (in the form of a geotechnical opinion, documentation of subsoil tests, or, if necessary, a geotechnical design),

- preparation of geological, hydrogeological and geophysical studies (depending on the needs),

- preparation of geodetic and cartographic documentation (divisions, map for design purposes and its required updates) related to obtaining the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes,

- preparation of the construction design in accordance with the Regulation of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (in the version valid on the date of submission of the documentation),

- incorporation of the newly designed section into the existing footprint of DW 723 class Z by building the "B" junction (without the W4 flyover) with 2 roundabouts at the end of each slip road. Internal diameters of roundabouts Dw=24 m, roadway width 6.0 m, ring 2.0 m. The two slip roads built as part of this stage will have a basic roadway width of 6.0 m with bands and shoulders on both sides with a dirt surface, each with a width of 1.5 m.

- reconstruction of sections of municipal and internal roads to the necessary extent (height corrections, widening, construction of pedestrian roads, improvement of passability under engineering structures, etc.),

- construction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists (bicycle lane in the absence of additional roadways), pedestrian/bicycle crossings within intersections

- construction of additional roadways to serve adjacent plots,

- construction and reconstruction of exits,

- reconstruction of conflicting devices and networks of the existing underground and aboveground infrastructure: telecommunication and power equipment, water supply networks, rainwater and sanitary sewage systems, gas networks, drainage devices, hydrological and others; together with a system of protection/reconstruction of conflicting devices

- construction of lighting (...)
