Framework agreement for supplying and optionally placing, at price list, of all kinds of street furniture and bicycle facilities for the establishment of Hoppinpoints and associated (for certain products) periodic maintenance and repair. In particular but not exhaustive provision of shelters, bicycle canopies, bicycle staples, waste bins, waste bins for waste separation, regular seating furniture, modular seating furniture, bicycle pumps, bicycle recovery posts, electronic bicycle lockers, electric bike battery lockers and bike boxes.

The purchasing centre is initially focused on the establishment of Hoppin Points, but the beneficiary contracting authorities may also call on the purchasing centre for e.g. the (re) establishment of bus stops or other (re) establishments in the territory of the city in question or commune.
