The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment project described in the Description of the Object of the Order (design documentation - Annex 7 to the ToR) under the name "Counteracting water erosion in mountain areas - construction of three culverts in the Brzozów Forest District" on the terms specified in the Agreement, in accordance with applicable law, regulations technical and construction principles, technical knowledge principles, maintaining the highest professional diligence and guidelines for the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 under Priority Axis II - Environmental Protection. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa section 1 and 2 of the PPL Act. Pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing all activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the following works: a) Preparation of the site for construction (grubbing up, removal of the fertile soil layer), b) Earthworks (excavations, embankments , backfilling, planting, moving earth masses); c) Demolition works (demolition of existing wooden bridges with abutments, road surfaces, existing culverts, existing riverbed insurance) d) Reinforcement works (foundation reinforcement) e) Concrete works (preparation of the ground for concreting, concreting of structural elements) f) Assembly works (assembly of prefabricated steel elements of the culvert, assembly of steel barriers) g) Carpentry works (execution of wooden porridges filled with aggregate, impregnation of wood, execution of foundation benches) h) Insurance works iowe bottoms and slopes of the stream (ballast, compaction, fascine lining, execution of stone coating, manufacture of groats) i) Works on pavements (foundation works, restoration of clinker surfaces) j) Transport works k) Cleaning works (planting willow in a made truss , humus escarpment with sowing) The above requirements are also specified in the content of documents related to this proceeding as "Employment obligation". The contracting authority does not require employment on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing independent technical functions in construction, i.e. construction manager.
