The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Area of the Darłowo Commune along with the implementation of additional services and obligations

The scope of the contract includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited real estate, including summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes, "mixed", located in the Commune remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Municipality, cyclically in the system at source, from containers or bags, divided into the following fractions: a) unsegregated (mixed) waste, resulting from the separation of fractions subject to separate collection (hereinafter also referred to as: "non-segregated (mixed) waste" or "mixed waste"), (b) paper, (c) glass, (d) plastics, metals and packaging of these materials, multi-material packaging, (e) bio-waste (hereinafter also referred to as "bio-waste") excluding waste forming part of plants resulting from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and collected separately from other bio-waste constituting municipal waste that is deposited at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK"), 2) transport and transfer of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "municipal waste") to the place / places of municipal waste collection, provided / provided by the Contractor and indicated / indicated in the offer, 3) management of collected municipal waste in the place / places of municipal waste management, provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer, 4) providing property owners with containers intended for collecting waste indicated above in point 1) to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in containers, 5) providing property owners with bags intended for collecting rainfall indicated above in point 1), to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in bags, 6) organization and operation of a stationary PSZOK, including transport and management of municipal waste from PSZOK, 7) collection from property owners, in accordance with the requirements of OPZ, in the system of mobile selective collection points of the following fractions of municipal waste: a) waste electrical and electronic equipment, including those containing a hazardous component b) bulky waste. 8) performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned in points 1) – 7).
