The College of Mayor and Aldermen of the municipality of Hoeksche Waard and the Water Board, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or client, intend to jointly tender the contract for the advisory services for integral management of the wastewater chain. The service provider is hereinafter referred to as (potential) tenderer or contractor.
