The Administrative and Service Agency shall, on behalf of the Group of the Ministry of Taxation, provide a framework agreement for the provision of translation assistance with one supplier. The supplier shall cover the ongoing needs of the contracting entities for translation of texts to/from Danish to/from English, German and Polish, but shall cover, where possible, the contracting entity's need for translation to/from Danish to/from other European languages and Middle Eastern, Asian and African main language.

The Administrative and Service Agency shall, on behalf of the Group of the Ministry of Taxation, provide a framework agreement for the provision of translation assistance with one supplier. The supplier shall cover the ongoing needs of the contracting entities for translation of texts to/from Danish to/from English, German and Polish, but shall cover, where possible, the contracting entity's need for translation to/from Danish to/from other European languages and Middle Eastern, Asian and African main language. Contracting's needs include, but are not limited to, translation of web texts, forms, guides, letters, emails, documentation material, etc. The texts may contain fiscal and customs, legal, financial and technical terms, and are often complex, professionally heavy and of a legal nature. The texts may cover all subject areas within the resource range of the contracting entity. These are areas such as tax, VAT, property assessment, debt recovery, excise duty, motor vehicles and customs. The supplier shall be able to assist at all times in the proofreading of translations from contracting entities. The supplier shall be able to assist at all times with the reading of texts in languages other than Danish in order to identify whether specified information appears in the text. The supplier shall make available a telephonic linguistic hotline at all times to contracting entities on working days between 08:00 to 16:00. The supplier must be able to provide confirmed and legalised translations at any time.
