The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Iwierzyce, where residents live in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to The number of households in the Municipality of Iwierzyce from which waste should be collected as at the end of July 2022 is 1916. The area of the commune is 65.58 km2 and consists of 9 villages. On the basis of the declaration for the collection and management of municipal waste at the end of July 2022, the number of residents of the Iwierzyce Commune covered by the organized waste collection system was 6461.Due to the nature of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points. 3. In the Municipality of Iwierzyce, the collection of municipal waste takes place mainly in the bag system. For collection, bags with a capacity of 60 l to 120 l, made of foil, are used. 4. The order includes the collection, transport and development of real estate on which residents live:4.1. non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in appropriately marked bags displayed on the collection route, in the amount of approximately 435 Mg,4.2. segregated municipal waste collected in appropriately marked bags exhibited on the collection route, such as: paper waste, cardboard and packaging waste from paper and cardboard, glass waste including packaging waste from colorless and colored glass, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste - biodegradable waste from gardens, food and kitchen waste from households, household ashes, displayed on the collection route, and segregated municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located next to Water and Sewage Plant in Iwierzyce 125 A, such as: paper, cardboard and packaging waste from paper and cardboard, glass waste including packaging waste from colorless and colored glass, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste including bio-waste, in an amount of about 435 Mg,4.3. Other municipal waste includes: used tyres, bulky waste (e.g. furniture), waste electrical and electronic equipment, light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, expired paints, varnishes, packaging of plant protection products and fertilizers, waste ineligible for medical waste arising in households as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and level monitoring substances in the blood, construction and demolition waste (resulting from repairs in households carried out by owners of real estate inhabited on their own) collected from PSZOK, in a total amount of about 210 (Mg).
