The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for external assistance for development and renewal, mainly within ICT. There will be a need for assistance within the following 5 sub areas:

1. Programme and project management;

2. System development;

3. Usability;

4. Architecture;

5. Test.

There is a need for professional, advisory and strategic competence. Recognised methodology shall generally be used in the execution of the work, such as scrum, ITIL etc., and documentation is required for the work that will be carried out. The information that is managed by the legal sector is sensitive and critical for socity, which means that there are strict security requirements.
