The subject of the service is the conception and implementation of the "job-accompanying coaching" measure in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 5 SGB III in the Steinfurt AöR job center.
On January 1, 2019, the federal government put the 10th amendment to SGB II, the “Participation Opportunities Act”, into force. In order to promote employment of people who are very far removed from the labor market and subject to social insurance contributions, large parts of Section 16e SGB II were changed in this context.
The instrument provides for holistic support during employment as an important component for the sustainable integration of long-term unemployed customers.
The aim of the measure is to carry out holistic coaching during the first 6 months of taking up employment in order to stabilize the taking up of employment.
