The City of Espoo and the Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education Omnia (later also the Client) request tenders for locking services.

The agreement applies to various locking services, work and key management cabinets as well as other locking products.

The agreement does not apply to locking or locking work included in separate construction tenders.

Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education Omnia makes its own agreements

with selected service providers in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender. "Essential Terms and Conditions".

The City of Espoo makes the procurement decision on behalf of the Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education and Training Omnia.

The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 1,120,000, of which the City of Espoo's share is EUR 1,000,000 and the Espoo Region Education Federation Omnia's share is EUR 120,000.

Three (3) Service Providers will be selected for the framework agreement. In addition, two (2) Service Providers will be selected as a reserve in the tendering process.

The contract is valid for four (4) years.
