The object of the procurement process is the procurement of standard PCs, accessories and optionally complementary services for the Fraunhofer Society as well as its institutes and research facilities in the Federal Republic of Germany. For this purpose, a framework agreement with one (1) economic operator (hereinafter referred to as the “contractor”) is to be concluded. Individual orders based on the framework agreement are carried out decentrally by the individual institutions and institutions. For this purpose, the contractor should provide the connection and operation of the eProcurement solution SAP Ariba (e-shop) from the key date of SAP implementation at Fraunhofer (expected 1.1.22).
