The object of the contract is the supply of reams of unprinted paper.

This contract is placed within the framework of a group of orders made up of the following communities:

- Douaisis Agglo,

- Municipality of Anhiers,

- Municipality of Bugnicourt,

- Municipality of Courchelettes,

- Commune of Cuincy,

- Municipality of Douai,

- Municipality of Estrees

- commune of Flers-en-Escrebieux,

- Municipality of Guesnain,

- Municipality of Marcq-en-Ostrevent

- Municipality of Villers-au-Tertre.

The object of the contract is the supply of reams of unprinted paper. It went through a grouping of orders. A constitutive agreement defines the operating methods of the group in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the public procurement code.

Douaisis Agglo has been appointed coordinator of the grouping and has received a mandate from the constituent members of the grouping, in particular to launch the consultation, award the contract, sign and notify it to the holder selected in the name and on behalf of each member of the grouping. However, each member of the group remains competent for the execution of this contract for the part which concerns him.
