Providing cleaning services and window cleaning and concierge and manager work at the (Crisis) Emergency Shelter locations of the Municipality of Waddinxveen. (Currently this concerns 2 locations).

Because, inter alia, of the obligation to tender the Contract at European level, the efficient use of Community funds and the desire of the Contracting Authority to conclude a single contract with one Contractor, it was decided to start this Procurement procedure. The Contracting Authority shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the services of cleaning maintenance and window cleaning, concierge and managerial work as of 16 October 2023 (or as much earlier after the date of final award, namely 16 August 2023).
