The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, seed and tourist development, to be carried out in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2023.
Provision of forest management services in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2023 Package IThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, seed and tourist development, to be carried out in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2023 in the following forests: Sędzisław, Marciszów, Wieściszowice, Czernów, Szarocin, Ogorzelec, Klatka, Jarkowice.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, the material scope of services will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
