The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of logging and logging , forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection along with the service of the Emergency Dispatch Point (PAD) and fire detectors, maintenance of the necessary fire-fighting, educational and tourist infrastructure, the use of forest side, water drainage, seed production including forest seeds and shrubs as well as nursery forest, to be carried out in the Myszyniec Forest District in 2019.

The subject of the order was divided into three (3) lots (hereinafter: "Package") "

Package I: forestry: Białusny Lasek, Brzozowy Kąt, Czarnia, Rutkowo, Surowe, Zdunek, Wykrot, Leśna Nursery Zawodzie, Emergency and Dispatch Point, Brzozowy Kąt fire observation;

Package II: forestry: Kadzidło, Podgórze, Dylewo, Karaska, fire station Podgórze;

Package III: forestry: Warmiak, Rudne, Serafin, Lipniki, Dęby fire station
